Therapeutic treatment designed specifically for you!

I’m Russell Dale, and I graduated from a 3000-hour massage therapy program with distinct honors in both the theory and practical portions of the program. I have recently graduated from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada with distinct honors.

I have an appreciable amount of experience successfully treating people of a wide variety. Anybody from the common person to weekend warriors, professional athletes, and more! I have made an impact in the recovery of a multitude of conditions/complaints from strains, pains, and more serious ailments. I use my education and experience to do a detailed assessment so I can choose the best method to treat you.

My passion for helping people has come from a young age. Growing up I was no stranger to injuries and managing them from sports/martial arts. This led me to become a massage therapist and ultimately a Manual Osteopathic Therapist.

As a Manual Osteopath, I take a whole-body approach to assessing you. This includes movement-based assessments, spinal/pelvic alignments, and correcting any other imbalance that may be coming from the muscles, fascia, organs, or cranium.

“I am thrilled to be a part of your healing journey, and I am dedicated to helping you with your wellness goals.”
