Meagan Graduated from MacEwan University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy Program in 2022. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, she was in the kinesiology program at MacEwan and U of A.
Growing up, Meagan played many sports and experienced a variety of injuries, which resulted in her interest in injury prevention, health, and rehabilitation. She became a massage therapist because she always had an interest in the human body and the desire to help individuals with their emotional and physical well-being.
Meagan enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Meagan is very passionate about massage therapy and loves to share her experiences and knowledge with her clients. While in university, she learned various techniques to assist every client, such as Swedish and therapeutic massage, myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point release, hydrotherapy, pre and post-natal massage, infant and youth massage, and many more to come. Meagan strives to create a safe therapeutic atmosphere to assist with every client’s needs.
Meagan is a highly motivated individual who loves to continue to learn new things that can be used to assist her clients in any way.
Meagan has experience treating a variety of clients such as athletes, geriatric individuals, pre & post-natal women, patients with neurological disorders, as well as those seeking stress and pain relief from their everyday lives. With Meagan’s training, knowledge, and keen listening skills, she is able to create the best-suited and most effective treatment plan tailored to her client’s needs, expectations, and goals.
