Ana graduated from MacEwan University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy program in 2020. She enjoys combining techniques for a tailored therapeutic massage that alleviates pain and increases function while restoring balance to body and mind. As a dedicated and constant learner, she aspires to continue her training to enhance women’s health and better assist all her clients through whichever stage of life they may be going through.
Ana was introduced to holistic health by her grandmother, who came from a Brazilian native tradition of using herbs for various ailments. This nurtured an interest in natural therapies from a very young age and Ana’s caring disposition compelled her to explore more and find her own path to support others. She decided to pursue her education in massage therapy after experiencing different manual approaches to wellness during the several years she lived and traveled in countries such as China, India and Thailand.
Ana is passionate about her work and feels delighted to be involved in her clients’ healing journey. Her training includes a wide range of modalities, such as Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal and Cupping Therapy.
