By booking an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to our policy and acknowledge that any credit card on file will be charged following an attempt to contact you.


Late-Cancellation Policy (cancellation within 24 hours notice):

Kindly note that any cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. The client is responsible for payment directly, and this does not fall under auto insurance or extended health benefits.

In the event of an emergency, please inform us so we can address your situation personally. We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness or family emergencies may arise.

For the safety and health of our staff and clients, we will not accept appointments from clients feeling unwell. We advise rescheduling when you are healthy or have been symptom-free for at least 5 days. A 50% fee will apply if you cancel due to illness within 4 hours of your appointment.

Missed Appointment Policy (no-shows and failure to cancel):

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients in need of treatment. Please understand that our Practitioners are independent contractors and are compensated only when they provide services.

Missed appointment fees cannot be billed directly or submitted to benefit plans.

A 50% fee will be charged for missed appointments.

While we understand emergencies and sickness may occur, failing to inform us leaves us unaware of your absence reason. Please contact us to provide details of your situation.
