Cancellation Policy

Please note that all cancellations or changes to appointments must be done within a minimum of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of that service. Payment will be the responsibility of the client directly and not of the auto insurance or extended health benefits.

If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and life happens! Your Therapist is the one to decide on the fee and may make an exception to the above policies in these rare occasions.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will be softening our 24 hour notice policy for cancellations. We will not be taking any clients who are not feeling well, are experiencing any symptoms relating to Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone who is suspected to have Covid-19. This means that there will be no cancellation fee applied for Covid-19 related reasons within 3 hours of your appointment. Please cancel and reschedule for a later time when you are well, or in the clear (we recommend a minimum of 10 days time).

Please understand that we want to best ensure the safety and health of all of our lovely clients as well as our staff, so we appreciate your honesty with how you are feeling and who you have been in contact with.


No-Show or Missed Appointment Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients in need of treatment. Please understand that all of our Practitioners are contractors and only get paid when they provide a service.

Missed appointment fees can not be direct billed, or submitted to benefit plans.

Please note that there will be no changes made to our No-Show policy with regard to Covid-19. Our no-show policy will remain in place at a 50% fee for missed appointments.

We always take emergencies, or sickness into consideration, but if you do not call and let us know, we will have no way of knowing the reason for your absence. As always, please call us to fill us in on your situation.


Upon booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by this policy and understand that any credit card on file will be charged after an attempt at contacting you.
